Most Google Ads problems are not bidding problems.
They are intent, measurement, and conversion problems hiding inside the ad account.
You are buying the wrong searches
Broad match, weak negatives, and generic campaign structure make Google good at finding clicks—not necessarily buyers. Search terms need to be managed around actual commercial intent.
Google learns from the wrong conversion
If every form fill looks equal inside Google Ads, the algorithm cannot distinguish an enterprise opportunity from a student, competitor, or low-fit lead.
The click lands on a page that cannot close the gap
High-intent traffic still needs clear positioning, proof, objections, and one obvious next step. Sending expensive clicks to broad service pages usually wastes the intent you paid for.
One Google Ads system. Not isolated campaign tweaks.
We look at the full chain from the query someone typed to what sales eventually says about the lead. That is where B2B paid search gets better.
Search strategy & account structure
Keyword clusters, match types, campaign architecture, competitor terms, budget allocation and ad-group structure based on buying intent.
Search-term control
Continuous query review, negative keyword management, waste removal and expansion into terms that produce the right conversations.
Conversion & CRM measurement
We review what Google is optimising toward and, where your stack allows it, connect campaign performance to meetings, opportunities and pipeline quality.
Landing-page optimisation
Message match, proof, form friction, CTA structure and conversion paths are treated as part of campaign management—not someone else’s problem.
PMax, remarketing & expansion
Used when they earn a place in the plan. We do not add campaign types simply because Google recommends them.
Hands-on operators. Clear thinking. No agency theatre.
The proof we care about is whether clients trust the judgement, communication, and decisions behind the account.
“They have deep knowledge of Google Ads. Their communication was perfect and they scaled without friction. Smooth delivery and easy to work with.”
“They did a deep audit of the Google Ads account and provided us with data that helped us in reducing our CAC. It was great working with the team.”
“He’s brought a lot of clarity early on, helping us set the right foundations, think through multiple channels, and help us in ways beyond just the channel he owns. What I appreciate most is how hands-on he is.”
Find the leak. Fix the system. Scale what survives.
Understand the account before touching it
Search terms, campaign structure, conversion actions, landing pages, budgets, historical performance and CRM feedback where available.
Fix the highest-impact constraints first
We remove waste, tighten intent, repair conversion signals, improve ads and give direct landing-page recommendations.
Scale around lead quality and pipeline
Budget moves toward queries, campaigns and offers that create better downstream outcomes—not simply the lowest reported CPL.
The account is managed like an operator would manage their own money.
Senior operators
No strategy handoff to a junior team after the sales call.
Pipeline mindset
Qualified conversations and opportunity quality matter more than dashboard vanity.
Flat-fee model
Our fee is not designed to reward us for pushing your spend higher.
Your account, always
You retain ownership of your Google Ads account, campaigns and historical data.
We are useful in a specific kind of situation.
Good fit if…
- You sell B2B SaaS through demos, calls or a sales-assisted funnel
- Lead quality matters more than simply increasing form volume
- You already spend—or are prepared to spend—enough to generate meaningful search data
- You are willing to fix tracking and landing pages when they are the constraint
Probably not if…
- You want the cheapest possible PPC management
- You need a full-service agency for every marketing function
- You expect paid search to compensate for weak product-market fit
- You only want reporting on clicks, impressions and platform-reported conversions
Before you book a call.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. Google Ads management is month-to-month. The relationship should continue because the work is valuable, not because an agreement makes leaving painful.
Do we keep our Google Ads account?
Yes. Always. We work through appropriate manager access. Your campaigns, conversion history and account data remain yours.
Do you also work on landing pages and tracking?
Yes. We treat landing pages and conversion measurement as part of paid-search performance. We can audit both, make recommendations, and build dedicated paid landing pages where that is the constraint.
How quickly should we judge performance?
We usually find obvious waste and tracking issues quickly, but B2B pipeline takes longer than a platform conversion. Meaningful evaluation should account for your sales cycle and downstream lead quality, not just the first few weeks of CPL.
Can you audit the account before we commit?
Yes. The first conversation can start with the account itself. If there is not enough upside to justify ongoing management, we would rather tell you that.
